  1. Where will my reading or consultation take place?

Every reading or consultation will take place online on Google Meet on the day you have booked at the designated time slot you have chosen.

  1. If I have booked an astrology consultation, when do I need to send my birth details over via email?

Please send me your birth details (or the details of who you have booked for) anytime up to two days before our meeting so I can make the relevant notes and gather as much information as possible before the reading.

  1. When will the meeting link for my reading be sent to my email inbox?

The meeting link will usually be sent on the day of the reading a few hours before the time you have booked for.

  1. What happens if I miss the designated time slot for my reading?

If you miss your reading time slot, do send me an email asking to reschedule your time.

  1. Can I have a copy of my birth chart after the reading?

Of course! Just ask me before or during the consultation and I will email you a copy of your birth chart after the reading.

  1. Can a book a reading for a friend or loved one as a gift?

Yes! If you are booking a reading for a loved one, just let me know when you send their birth details and email address over. If it is a surprise, try to gather as much information as you can so the client has minimal interaction and involvement. On the day of their reading, they will get an email from me with the details of our meeting and what to expect.

  1. Can I still book a reading if I don’t know my exact time of birth?

Yes! You can book a reading without knowing your time of birth. If you know what time of day you were born that would be helpful. If not, that is completely fine! Your reading will still include all the relevant information about the where the planets were at the time of your birth.

  1. If the consultation runs over the designated slot, can I book a secondary session?

I will always try my best to keep to the designated time slot. If we run out of time, you will not need to book directly on the Celestial Healing Realm website or pay for a secondary session. We can discuss a time/date for your second session at the end of our consultation.

  1. Do you do follow up sessions?

I do not typically do follow up sessions but I am always open to updates and messages from clients that I have had a meeting with. My email inbox is always open for follow up questions or concerns if you have any.

  1. Can I get the notes from my consultation emailed directly to me?

Yes! Just let me know if you want some rough notes from your meeting and I will email them after our consultation. It usually takes a few days to type up the notes and get them to you.
