Reschedule Policy  
All purchases are final and all services are non-refundable. 
You may only reschedule a live consultation once. This must be arranged via email (please contact: celestialhealingrealm@gmail.com) and it must be rearranged no later than 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you do not show up to your consultation or you reschedule less than 24 hours before, this will unfortunately result in a 75% cancellation fee.  

There is a 20-minute grace period during which I will wait for you to join. Not showing up to our meeting without rescheduling, will be considered a cancellation. If you do not show up to the rescheduled appointment this will also count as a cancellation resulting in the 75% fee.
